SENATE BILL NO. 27 "An Act relating to eligibility requirements for                                                             
medical assistance for certain children, pregnant women, and persons                                                            
in medical or intermediate care facilities; and providing for an

Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page                                                                
1132. Senator Therriault objected, then withdrew his objection. There                                                           
being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 27(FIN) "An                                                                  
Act relating to eligibility requirements for medical assistance for                                                             
certain children, pregnant women, disabled persons, and persons in                                                              
medical or intermediate care facilities; and providing for an effective

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
